Vista - Desk top icons move on their own

Karen n/a posts	Desk top icons move on their own I have recently purchased a new computer which by default has Windows Vista installed on it. Everytime I shut down or put in "Sleep" mode all my desk tops icons move! Any suggestions on how to keep them where I've placed them?
