Move folder - permission needed

Hello,

I've created a folder where I stored some data, I want to move this
folder to another location. When I try, it says I need Admin right to do so.
I accept, and it still tells me I need permission, and nothing is being
moved.

Both source and destionation folders are not system folders, not even on C.

Hi Jurij,

You may need to take ownership of the folder and it's contents first, then try to move it. This tutorial will show you how.

Take Ownership of file

Re: Move folder - permission needed

How are you trying to move the folder?
What is the exact location of this folder and exactly where are trying to
move the folder?
Are you using the same user account that was used to create the folder?

The folder may have inherited permissions depending on how it was created
and where it is located.
