Shared Data Files with XP and Vista

I have a dual boot setup with XP Pro and Vista Ultamate. I would like to
share data files between the two OS's on a separate drive. What is the
easiest or most effective way of moving XP's "My Documents" to another drive?
I want the applications to access the same data regardless of the OS being
used.
