| Guest | windows explorer - default window size When I open My Documents, My Computer, or any Windows Explorer window it defaults to the full screen size. How can I change or reset the default size of the window? This is problematic because I have a dual monitor setup which means the window spans across both monitors which is very annoying. |

| Administrator | Re: windows explorer - default window size You will need to reset the folder view settings. Method Two in this tutorial will show you how. The download is the easiest way. Windows Explorer Folder View settings After the reset, set the size of the window to what you want and close it so Vista will remember the size. Vista will only remember the way the window was when it was last closed. You can also set a individual shortcut folder's default open window size. This tutorial will show you how.
