In addition to R.C. White's post. If the "Read Only" box is blue or blank, then it is not Read Only. Only if it has a check in the box is it considered Read Only. However, Vista will never see folders as Read Only, only files. Vista will just change it back to a blue box. Hope this helps, Shawn | |||||||||||||||
