We are having an issue with Vista explorer. When we open Windows Explorer on
Vista Client under Desktop\<UserFullName> there are two Documents folders
listed, one pointing to the Documents folder in the user's local profile and
the other pointing to Y:\Documents (Y: is a user folder on the server). Under
C:\Users\<UserName> there is only one listed.
We have also set the registry value:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\UserShellFolders\Personal = "Y:\MyDocuments"

Hi Dekac99,
You might try the method in this tutorial to change the Documents folder back to the default location.
