Emptying Recycle bin

When I go to the recycle bin and click on "empty the recycle bin", instead
of deleting the files, it takes me to "Quickfinder - System 32" and shows me
2901 files. Why is it doing this and not just emptying the bin?

Re: Emptying Recycle bin

Hi Ron,

See "Method 2" here:

"When you try to empty Recycle Bin (from Common Tasks), it opens Quick Finder instead."
