Vista - sharing and personal info

I share my computer with other members of my house hold... Everything i do is
recorded into files and stored onto the computer. Personal info that i bring
up like my e-mails are being stored and being shared... I would like to have
my info kept private, and stop sharing all my info... can anyone tell me how
to stop this from continuing?

Create a Vista user account for each person, or at least one for you and one
for the others... with a password, and log out when not using the computer.
Keep all of your documents under your account (C:\users\youraccount\...) and
the others shouldn't be able to see them.
Anything you want to share, put in the Public folders.
