Vista - Deleting "thumbnails" in disc cleanup

Lori n/a posts	Deleting "thumbnails" in disc cleanup I have requested disc cleanup to delete "thumbnails" from items that were stored in a program that has been deleted from our computer. We cannot manually delete them or disc clean up them. Any suggestions?
