| | Single Folder refuses to sort by name! Driving me nuts. I appreciate there are differences in sorting of folders and files that contain numerals and text between the different versions of windows but I don't think this problem is associated with that. The problem is the first folder on this list that always thinks it should come first or last depending on the sort order! I have other directories without this folder using the same dating system of numerals and letters that sort perfectly. "E:\Video to DVD Projects\2 Unedited Captures Copied to DVD\200205XX - 200212XX" "E:\Video to DVD Projects\2 Unedited Captures Copied to DVD\19981216 - 19990510" "E:\Video to DVD Projects\2 Unedited Captures Copied to DVD\19990922 - 19991225" "E:\Video to DVD Projects\2 Unedited Captures Copied to DVD\20051231 - XXXXXX" "E:\Video to DVD Projects\2 Unedited Captures Copied to DVD\20061225 - 20070510" Does anyone have an answer? I am using Vista home premium 32 bit SP1. TIA Jon |
