| | restoring backup files on vista Hi I have a toshiba notebook u305 and kept reciving the blue screen of death when I called toshiba they told me that I needed to restore the computer back to factory specs with the system recovery disks that came with the computer. So I did and before that I made a fresh set of backup discs. After finishing the factory system recovery I tried to restore the back up disks that came with the system but can't get them to load right. When I called toshiba they said that I should copy and paste the files from the disk to the desktop but I have 3 full dvd's of information and that doesn't seem right is there anyone who can help. When I go to system restore it says that there wasn't a previous backup point made. Thanks Brian -- brianb333 Posted via http://www.vistaheads.com |
