Vista Tutorial - unable to delete a file on my desktop

i have a file called sfdrvup on my desktop.
i had to update my starforse drv for vista.
i downloaded the zip to my desktop and unpacked it to my desktop. it
unpacked as:
Folder sfdrvup with sfdrvup application within.

i am unable to delete it now i am finished with it.
it says in a popup (!) Destination Folder Access Denied:
You need permission to perform this action

i am the sole account on this pc (Admin) i dont undertand why i dont have
permition !

Hi Marcus,

Sometimes you will need to delete the contents of the folder and it's subfolders first. If it still will not delete, then try to take ownership of it first, then see if it will let you afterwards. This tutorial will show you how to take ownership if needed.
