| | Windows explorer error/bug Hi everybody, The problem is as follows. When I star a copy or move of files in the windows explorer window I must keep the windows explorer opened because if I close it, I immediately lose the progress indicator window. It is very strange because that behavior does not happen in XP. The result of closing the windows explorer window, apart from loosing the progress window, is that the copy continues in background mode and if you go to the destination folder and hit F5 several times you can check that the file is coming and is getting bigger. The bad point is that unless you know the exact size you have to wait until the file is totally copied. Sorry if there are mistakes in the explanation. English is not my native language. OS: Vista Ultimate 32 (SP1 installed) HW: Asus G1S (laptop) Note the problem happened before installing SP1 too. Thanks in advance for your replies. Regards from Spain |
