| | What files are important to back up? I recently signed up for one of these on line data backup services for the purposes of backing up my documents. I observe that there is also a folder within Vista for my Application Data (file called "App Data"). Within the App Data folder, there are 3 sub-folders entitled Local, Local Low, and Roaming. Is it desirable (or necessary to back up any or all of the folders within the App Data folder? If so, which one(s)? Thanks |
