Insufficient rights/ No permission???

I am having a problem trying to delete any of my flash drives or memory card. It keeps giving me an insufficient rights notice when I try to format a drive and a "You need permission to perform this action" when I try to delete individual files or folders.
I am the only user and an Administrator. I have UAC disabled. I am running bitdefender and was previously running Norton internet security, if that matters. I have tried disabling my firewall with no luck. I was able to write and rewrite to my drives just last week. OH and I am running vista Ultimate 32bit and there are no hidden files that I dont have rights to. I have searched every corner of the internet for an answer and I have had no luck with an answer. CAN ANYONE HELP?
Following are screen shots of what happened.

Re: Insufficient rights/ No permission???

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was able to change a setting it with in VISTA MANAGER (A 3rd party program).
FREE TRIAL HERE: (<a href='http://yamicsoft.com/vistamanager/'>http://yamicsoft.com/vistamanager/</a>)
Pretty much what I did was:
1.Click the "Security" tab on the left
2. Click on the "Drive and Program" option.
3.Click on the "Removable Storage Devices" tab on the top.
4. Check "Removal Disks". This will allow the box to the right of it to be checkable.
5. In the box to the right make sure all of the boxes are unchecked. For me the "All Users - Deny Writing" box was checked. So I unchecked it.
6. Then "Save"
7. Restart.

I would never found this option with in Vista. SOO many hours spent looking for a solution. I tried command prompts; editing registry files; going through adminstrastive tools and it was as simple as vista manager.
