File save dialog confusing

Whenever I click on a filename in a file - save dialog the filename will be
stelected in the edit control below.
Whenever I modify that name the the edit control it will not take my
modifications into account.
The dialog will return the filename I clicked on.

If you want to change a name for a file in the Save As dialog, you can
simply right click that file and select Rename. The 'File Name' box only
works for the file that is currently open.
