| Windows Vista x64 Home Premium Edition | Windows Explorer Forgets 'Maximize'!! I've been running Vista x64 Home Premium Edition now for a few months, and in that time I would of expected Microsoft to have sorted out the 'maximized' problem. What I mean is right click on Windows Explorer shortcut, click on Properties, then Shortcut, then change 'normal window' in Run: to 'Maximized'. Apply, OK. In XP no problem. Each time you click on that Windows Explorer shortcut it would open it up maximized. In Vista. NO. Although I found that it does do it now and then!! Now I was really looking forward to Service Pack 1 for Vista, as I thought that this silly but annoying 'bug' would have been sorted quickly. Obviously not. I now run a program called 'Xplorer 2' which funnily enough remembers it settings!? Anyone have any thoughts? |
