This file has taken up residence in "my" folder. Clicking on it gets, "You don't currently have permission to access this folder" even though I am the administrator. Then I click on continue to get access and then it reads, "If you started this..."

It is Edit Security Microsoft Windows".

Looking at it's Properties yeilds it is a permission editor for files and folders.

This is my first system build and I am a little chicken to go in there by myself.

Does anyone know how too get this little puppy home?

Thanks for the link, looks like that will help. And expand my knowledge quite a bit. I had no idea that my admin. account is restricted. But it makes sense, so there aren't a lot of accidental deletions, and people crashing their systems.
