| | Selecting a new target for user folders Is there a way to select a new target for an entire user folder instead of just the document, pictures, music, etc? I'd like to put all my user folders on a second partition so I can reformat without the loss of data. Thanks in advance! -Tom |

| | Re: Selecting a new target for user folders Hi Goto Start, Under your user name, right click on the folder (Say Documents), goto properties, Here you will see a tab for location. You may change it to any location here. Hope this helps Ruchir "Jimmy Brush" <JimmyBrush@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:0223E9EB-B5A4-4C68-911E-88824A3ABFAF@microsoft.com... > I've been trying to find a way to do this myself and so far I haven't > found any way to do it. > > > -- > - JB > > Windows Vista Support Faq > http://www.jimmah.com/vista/ |

| | Re: Selecting a new target for user folders I know I can change some of the individual folders like documents, music, or pictures, but I want to change the entire user folder so that I get all the folders as a whole versus individually relocating each one for every user. Any good ideas? -Tom "Ruchir" wrote: > Hi > Goto Start, Under your user name, right click on the folder (Say > Documents), goto properties, Here you will see a tab for location.
