| Guest | Properties for multiple files Back in good 'ol XP, when you right-click after selecting multiple files, you could go down to "Properties" and see how much space those selected files and folders were taking up. This isn't possible with vista. And there shouldn't be "oh but you need this version of vista" because I have vista ultimate. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. It won't add up the amount of files inside the folders that you have selected. for example, if you select all in "*user*" file, and there are a few songs, some word documents and folders that contain video files, it will add up the total of the music and document files in that area and show you in the details panel but won't include the files in the folder that has the video's. In windows XP, when you right-click and go to properties for multiple objects, it gives you a total read-out "Dave" wrote:
