Deleting from Appdata-Local-Temp

Hi there,

I have had vista for more than year now and it has worked fine.
Until a few day ago.

My windows defender has detected two trojans in my Appdata-Local-Temp and a backdoor in my svchost folder.

The trojans are called something like Win32/vundo.Gen

I have found the two trojans in my Appdata-Local-Temp folder however i cannot remove them because i "Don't have permission" even though i click that i have pemission and i am an administrator on the Computor.

My OS is Vista home premium 32bit. I think.

Any help on removing these Trojans will be greatly appeciated.

Thanks, Matt
