Vista - In Vista Home Premium - Can not copy, move, rename or delete a fil

Hello,

My problem is this:
- In Windows EXPLORER (resource manager) I cannot copy, move, rename or
delete some files.
- Copy or move -commands leads to normal "counting time..." -dialog, after
that nothing happens. Dialog stays and resource manager is not taking any
further commands.
- Rename or delete -commands halts Explorer immediately the same way, but
without some dialog or error message.
- It seems that this sometimes happens mainly files that are sized over
about 3,7 Mb. Not always.
- In this situation whole operating system does not halt, but I must run
down the explorer. The whole system does not need booting.

Laptop is Athlon64TK57/160GB/2MtRAM/Video card ATI Radeon.
Os is Windows Vista Home Premium.

Concerning problems with Ms Win OEM versions in their internet site,
Microsoft asks to turn with questions to machine manufacturer, not their own
help-services, they cost 72 euros, which I cant afford.
There is some people in various discussion boards (for example Microsofts
own), who seem to have the same kind of problem, but any has had no help.

Can you help me in this situation, please.
