Vista - Moving file dialog won't close

Whenever I move a file in vista to anywhere else, vista moves the file
but it won't close the move file dialog box that has that progress
bar.... The only way I have found that will get rid of these windows is
to restart explorer, but as you might imagine it is not very easy to
restart explorer every time I move or copy a file. Has anyone else had
this problem or able to point in the direction of a fix?
