    Recall window layout

    It's to bad that Windows Explorer does not recall the window size, position
    & layout when you close and reopen it again. At least in Build 5384 it
    doesn't.

    This is no longer an issue in RC1.

    Baloney it's no longer an issue. Try it; every time you restart Windows, you
    have to resize Windows Explorer. This is still true in RC2.
