Create New Folders Grouping Similiar Programs

Where in Vista's Windows Explorer, do you create new folders to
group similar programs so show as such under Start > All Programs?

As an Example:
In WinXP, could go to Windows Explorer > All Users > Start and create
new folder/s to group similiar programs so showed as such under Start >
All Programs

Hope have adequately explained what trying to do. Tx!

Hi,

Right-click on the Start orb, select Open All Users.
This takes you here:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

From there you can go into the Programs folder and make the required
adjustments. You will have to accept any UAC prompts, as altering the All
Users menu is a system-wide change.

Hi msnews,

In addition to Jane's post, this tutorial may help you with this.

Start Menu - Shortcuts

Hope this helps,
