| | Video folder disappeared ")Hi, the video folder (the standard one under User/username) has suddenly disappeared. The shortcut link in Windows Explorer under "favourite links" is still there. The data also must be somewhere as the free space on my HDD hasn't increase. I have searched the whole drive and any folder but it's nowhere to be found. Any help on this? Pete |

| | RE: Video folder disappeared Check recycle bin? Seriously, you may have accidentally deleted it. Also, did you try to find any of the video files that were in that folder using Advanced Search or the open file feature of the last video player that had played one of the video files? -- oscar ![]() ....Right click is your best friend... Typically what happens is they try to "double click" on a folder when what they actually do is "click, move the mouse and then click", thus dragging the folder onto the nearest folder and dropping it into that folder. Try doing a search for the folder name.... -- Regards, Hank Arnold Microsoft MVP Windows Server - Directory Services |
