| Vista Ultimate x64, Windows Server 2008 x86 | Remove ALL file types from index Is there a way I can quickly remove ALL of the file types from the index, so I can set it to only index applications (.exe)? |

| Vista Ultimate x64, Windows Server 2008 x86 | Re: Remove ALL file types from index I specifically want to ONLY index application files, so when I type the name of a program in the start search that is in one of my misc. folders, it won't give me all of the log txt, or config files. |

EXEs, not indexing the others. This would take a long time as there are no multiple-item-selection tools in the indexing options. |

You can certainly go through and modify the index settings if you so desire, that is up to you. |
