How to Restore the Default Shortcut and Folders in Start Menu....?

Hi,

A Malware /Spyware just "messed up" my start menu folder <C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu>...
I'm still lucky, cuz I successfully removed the malware from my system, but the problem is - after the malware's attack,ALL the shortcuts / folders located at my start menu folder are gone....!

Now,is there a hack / trick on how to recover them..?

I mean....cuz my start menu is empty.,.,.

regards,

John......
