| Windows Vista x64 Home Premium Edition | Re: Explorer Column Widths I gave up with using Windows Vista Explorer as it won't even remember the 'maximise' when you set it on properties on the desktop shortcut icon! Something which I always did on XP and it worked like every other shortcut did. On Vista, it never remembers. Your column widths thing I also had issues with, however I think that there was some funny solution to that somewhere on here. I use Xplorer 2 mate. It works just like the old XP version and better! You can even view in Dual Pane mode which is extremely handy if you're copying files from one place to another! Well worth it. |
