| | Re: Acronis True Image and Vista (Home Premium) I do it all the time! I use a 500 gig Seagate drive in an Adaptec USB external drive housing. It has an external power supply. I was thinking "internal" drive, but why bother if an external one works well for cloning and restoring drive images. Thanks again. As for fixing something in the next release, be advised that the last release was 11 months ago, and Acronis historically puts out a new version about once per year. You pay for it.
