Vista - Accidentally changed user folder to drive. Help?

Hello everybody! (names for things might be different in English. Sorry if I confuse)

I just got Vista Ultimate x64 on my system, and I've been changing the placement of the user folders to my secondary drive, because I want to keep the main drive as a system and application drive, and not a media/document drive.

This worked nicely (I even followed a tutorial here to change the icons!) until i accidentally changed the directory of the documents folder to E:\ (the secondary drive) and not E:\documents as i should. Now the entire E-drive is listed in the user folders, and I can not change it (that would mean changing the directory of the drive, and that is nonsensical)

All this would have been no problem if I could change which folders were listed in the user folders folder, but I am unable to delete entries, and to give new entries the same options as old ones (like a tab for placement in properties).

TL;DR/summary:
How do I delete the E:\ drive entry in user folders, and how do I make a new one for documents?

Edit: My DVD-station is D:\ in case you wondered why i called the tertiary letter the secondary drive.

You can use Option Two in this tutorial below to change the Documents (Personal) folder to the correct path in the registry.
