Vista - Folder in Start menu > All program Wont Delete

so i was trying to install a game and my computer crashed so i had to restart it.

then now i have a folder in start menu > all program > RebirthRO

when i right click it > Expand

and thats the only option i get. i tried to refresh desktop and restart the computer many times.

ive also tried to search it and it comes up but i cant rename / delete / move the folder at all.

so fustrated >.<

If it gives you the option to choose a different restore point, do
that, and check the box (if it exists) to show points older than 5
days.

Choose one that was made before the problems started.
