Program Files: strange column headings

I have Vista Home Premium 32-bit.

In Program Files, I create a new folder by File > New Folder

This is for files that do not create registry entries (like "ERUNT")

The column headings can be: Name, Artists, Album, #, Genre

or

Name, Date Taken, Tags, Size, Rating

The headings that I expect to see are: Name, Date Modified, Type, Size

What am I doing wrong?
.

In Windows Explorer, right click on the folder name and left click
properties. Left click Customize tab. Click the the dropdown for "Use this
folder type as a template" and in the dropdown list click All items (or
documents or whatever else you want to place on the headings.) Make sure
that you click the "Also apply this...." before clicking OK.

To change the individual headings you can right click on the headings bar
and check and uncheck what you want to display.
