| Vista Home Premium 64bit | Vista 'Previous Versions Tab' Missing Hi, I'm using Vista Premium Home 64-bit and I've noticed that I have no Previous Versions Tab available on any of my files. I tried out this registry fix with no success. I also changed the services (Micrososft Software Shadow Copy and VSS) to automatic with no help. Anyone got any ideas why this tab refuses to cooperate? Cheers, Andrew |

Cheers, Andrew You can do a System Restore using a restore point dated before the "Previous Versions" tab went missing to hopefully fix it. Hope this helps, Shawn |

| Vista Home Premium 64bit | Re: Vista 'Previous Versions Tab' Missing Hi, I don't think a system restore would help at this stage. I've had Vista installed for a few months now, and I don't think I've ever seen the tab. Any ideas why? Cheers, Andrew. |

| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: Vista 'Previous Versions Tab' Missing You might check the services listed in the WARNING box at this tutorial to make sure that they are set to those default settings. Previous Versions - Shadow Copy Update: I have just noticed that you have Home Premium. That edition of Vista does not have Previous Versions. You will need to use a free 3rd party program like ShadowExplorer to use it. |

| Vista Home Premium 64bit | Re: Vista 'Previous Versions Tab' Missing Ok, thanks for clearing that up, that makes more sense. I am a bit surprised though, when I bought Home Premium it looked like it had that feature from this chart. At very least it's a bit ambiguous. Thanks for the quick replies anyway. Andrew. |
