IMPORTANT FLAW: accidentally deleting folders

This is a quite important flaw:

When renaming a folder (f.e. after pressing F2 to rename), the keyboard
Delete key does not delete a character in the filename but erases the whole
file!!

This is not the case when renaming files instead of folders.

RE: IMPORTANT FLAW: accidentally deleting folders

When renaming, the whole filename is highlighted so that one can simply type
in the new name.

I think this is an improvement!

Re: IMPORTANT FLAW: accidentally deleting folders

No, it's not that. During renaming press the Delete key. On my system this
will delete the file instead of deleting just a character. That's a bug.
I use a Logitech keyboard.

Can't reproduce that here. The folder renames as normal. Build 5744 RC2.

Re: IMPORTANT FLAW: accidentally deleting folders

For me, the behaviour with folders and files is identical.
