Managing backups created by sdclt

There is a possibility to create images of drives using so-called "Complete
PC Backup". But I don't know how to delete this unneeded backups. Of course,
I may manually delete folder named "WindowsImageBackup" from root of hard
drive. But I think that it is not the best solution. There is a command-line
tool for managing backups in Windows Server 2008. How I can do that in
Windows Vista?
