Missing or corrupted file

Can someone please help me? I installed Net Tool 5. But when I run it, I get the error "Component 'Mswinsck.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid". I've look for help other places and was told to use a program called RegCure. It only work on x86 systems.

You got lucky in not being able to run RegCure. Registry cleaners are snake
oil at best and will ruin your system at worst.

As for your problem, it sounds as though Net Tool 5 is not compatible with
Vista. Contact Net Tool's tech support for help with their program.
