Re: unable to run Toshiba Full Disc wipe

Did burning the ISO to DVD at a slower speed allow it to work for you afterwards?

Re: unable to run Toshiba Full Disc wipe

You might try downloading another copy and burning it again in case it had gotten corrupted somehow before.

I don't know then. I would recommend to contact Toshiba and inform them that either there is something wrong with the ISO, or they have not included some vital step in the installation instructions with it.

Ah, in that case, it most definitely sounds like a bad ISO then.

If you have friend that has the same brand and model as you, you can also use there OEM installation disc with your product key number instead.

Do you mean when you just hold the button it keeps typing the number
until you let go? That is a setting in the Bios I do not remember what
it is called but it is something like typematic setting or something
like that.

like when i press it feels like i have to press less than the other key beside it and also is lower when not pressed indicating it is broken or something. yeah just pressing it locks forward and when pressed down and stays down
