| | Bulk Tagging in Vista? Is there any way to add a tag to multiple files at once? I have over a thousand pictures that I migrated over without tags, and it would make the process very simple if I could select entire folders to tag. Am I missing a keystroke or shortcut? |

Usually you can only do this for all pictures in a single folder, not subfolders. However if you want to tag all your photos, you can go into Pictures and type "*.jpg" (or a more specific search if you like) into the search box. This will bring up all your pictures in one screen, then you can follow the steps above. Note: If you have selected a large number of pictures it won't show details for all of them straight away, you'll need to click "Show more details..." Hope that helps |

| | Re: Bulk Tagging in Vista? Thanks Nick. I realized that I was Selecting All in the folder, but it was including an Originals sub-folder that Picasa creates. When the sub- folder was selected as well, the Details wouldn't give the option to Tag.
