I have a ingenious idea that should be implemented in to your operating
system of Windows VISTA and Windows XP. I can imagine my life being made a
whole lot easier and a lot of other p[eoples too...But I dont want to
publicly disclose my ingenious idea here in the newsgroups. Who and how do i
send my ideas?

idea.
Most businesses will not compensate users for ideas but may for a
polished finished product.
