It seems like the vast majority of that stuff is in Windows Explorer, has
been for a years, and takes little or no time or effort.

But I would agree on the rest.

Not that I'm knocking your suggestions. But it seems like we've had one of
those for quite a few years too. Click Start, type com and click Command
Prompt.

Suggestion: Windows Explorer Features request

I have to use alternate utilities for advanced purposes, if I try to
do it with Explorer it is either not possible OR too much time
consuming, here is my list of "possible" improvements that can be done
to Windows Explorer.

Copying & Moving

Quick Merge (one folder to another)
Copy Files & Move Files
Refresh (Update) Files
Duplicate Files & Folders
Distribute Files to Multiple Folders
