Asian Character display in file names

Asian Character display in file names

I have numerous files with asian characters in the file names. They were
visible as asian characters in the file list in windows explorer in Windows
XP but are not visible as chinese characters in Windows Vista Business.
How do I get Windows Vista Business to display the characters.
