| Guest | Deleting a file when ACTIVEX is damaged I go to a lotus notes web site for my work email. When I wen there the first time after recieving my new laptop with windows vista home premium, the activeX file did not install properly and is damaged. I am told that I need to delete a file from c:\windows\Downloaded Programs\inotes6 class. I was told this by support at my work. When I go to this directory the only option I have is properties. There is no option to remove or uninstall the program. The program is not listed in the control panel to remove either. Can someone tell me how I can handle this problem? |

| Guest | Re: Deleting a file when ACTIVEX is damaged When in C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files, select the Program File you want to remove, choose Manage on the taskbar, and then click on Delete. Or, if you're using the classic Menu Bar, choose File, and then click on Remove Program File.
