Windows Explorer Preview Pane

My Windows Vista (Business) Explorer preview pane will not show Word docs.
Excel or Powerpoint docs show in the preview pane. Any solutions?

This is further to my original posting. When I highlight a Word doc, often
Explorer freezes, I get a message that Word 2007 has stopped working, and
Microsoft is trying to find a solution (which it doesn't), and then Explorer
is closed.

About 90% of my files are Word 2000 docs, so a solution would be most helpful!

I have been working on the same problem all day; Explorer Preview doesn't
show Office 2003 docs. At first, HTML's showed preview but something I've
done stopped that.
