How to delete a folder or file that has been deleted or moved?

A folder or tag shows on my photo gallery everything I open it. I have
deleted this file many times already. Any Ideas?

Also,v in recently changed folder a number of items that have been deleted
still come up, I try to delete these, and I get the message of "can not
delete file, it has already been deleted or moved" Help
