| | Windows Explorer Customized View It seems that with Vista you cannot customize a view of the folder in Explorer (add selective fields) then cascade down to all subfolders under that folder. With previous Windows you can do that. I tried check the mark "Also apply this template to all subfolders" under "Customize" tab in properties, but it didnot retain the customized view...this option appears only work for those "templates" prebuilt in the dropdown menu: All Items, music details, etc. This is very very annoying as I am used to browse all my subfolders the same way I set up an overall folder view... Can anyone help: am I missing something here? Thanks a ton! |
