How do I designate the location of the " Documents" folder etc

Hi,

In XP I was able to designate the location of "My Documents". For ease
of backup etc I located it in a separate partition.

How can I do that in Vista?

Hello,

Right-click the folder you want to relocate (you can do this right
from the start menu), click properties, and then click the location
tab.
