Restore "Find exact phrase" search feature

In Windows XP, I often used the advanced search features for find an exact
phrase in all of the doucments on one of my CD-ROMs. This allowed a quick
search of many Word documents, pdf documents, and HTML documents, searching
for a phrase like "Norwegian bachelor farmer". Now the Vista system does not
find an exact phrase -- the search will find documents containing Norwegian,
bachelor, and farmer, in any order, throughout the entire document, but not
the exact phrase. Augh! Very frustrating. I hate to lose a useful feature.

In the 'Start Search' entry box enter your search criteria in quotes (at
least it works for me to only find the correct documents and not thousands).

On my system "Norwegian bachelor farmer" will not return the same
results as Norwegian bachelor farmer
