Vista - Widow Explorer quits working with Vista

nanacamp n/a posts	Widow Explorer quits working with Vista I am trying to copy my document files to an external hard drive. When I have selected the files I get error message that Windows Explorer has quit working. Any ideas for a solution to this problem? I am using Vista Home Premium. Thanks
