How do I change toolbars in folders?!

In XP to change the folder icons – View-Toolbars-Customize – easy.
OK I give up – how can it be done in Vista?!
Many thanks

In Vista it's called the Command Bar and unfortunately it is not
customizable. It will show the most relevant icons, depending on what task
you are performing. Microsoft is taking a lot of heat on this and there
could be changes in the near future.

You can display the old style Menu Bar in Vista by pressing the ALT key.

Hi, Jim.

In Vista's Windows Explorer, you can turn on the Menu Bar temporarily by
pressing the ALT key, as Ronnie said. You can turn it on permanently by
clicking Organize | Layout, then checking Menu Bar.
